By default when the InterCLASS teacher program is installed, it will use the computer name as the student icon name. You can display a student ‘s Windows log on name as the student icon name automatically. If the student log on name is only a number (i.e. their student ID) and their real name is stored in the school’s Directory Server, you can retrieve their whole name from the directory server and show it as the sign in name for InterCLASS.

In order to connect to the school’s directory server, please configure your school server information in InterCLASS.

  1. Start the InterCLASS Teacher Program.
  2. Click Settings>General Settings on the bottom right.
  3. Click the AD Manager tab.
